My Qualifications and Experience

Qualifications

BSc(Hons) Prosthetics and Orthotics, 1st class, University of Salford.

Extensive Clinical Expertise

Over 13 years of experience conducting complex orthotic assessments and providing effective prescriptions for a broad range of conditions.

Specialist Clinic Experience

Proven track record representing Orthotics at MDT clinics including MSK foot and ankle, paediatrics within SEN schools and hospitals, diabetic care, neuro-rehab and intermediate care.

Leadership & Mentorship

Substantial experience as a Senior Orthotist deputising for a Clinical Lead. Responsibilities included triaging referrals, mentoring, facilitating PDRS and education.

Governance & Service Development

Former governance lead, initiating audits, developing policies and procedures, and creating patient information materials to enhance service quality and safety.

Adaptable Proficiency

Proven ability to quickly integrate into new teams and workflows across various NHS and private services. Quick to learn EHR systems and protocols while maintaining high standards of patient care.
